Muscles In Motion Systems is a team of personal trainers, athletic trainers, and strength and conditioning professionals dedicated to helping athletes and the average person maximize their performance and prevent injury.  Muscles In Motion Systems specializes in one on one personal training, providing education and inspiration to their clients to live their best lives through regular physical activity and individualized meal planning.
 
Muscles In Motion Systems has built a relationship with educational institutions and business partners to help high school student athletes hoping to play collegiate sports at the next level.  With the help of our partnership with HSSMS.COM and CHOSENONESPORTS.COM, our athletes can choose the college of their choice.  We help ensure these students meet the academic requirements that colleges place on them, and help them improve their performance if they fall short of the requirements.  Competition at most universities is tough, but as independent scouts and recruiters  we can help tip the odds in their favor.  We prepare our students for college academically and athletically to go to college and stay in college, as opposed to a rude awakening at the end of their senior year.

Founded by Garnett Mims and David Mims, Muscles In Motion Systems' cutting-edge training techniques have helped athletic teams and individual athletes achieve superior results.  Endorsed by many college and high school coaches as well as professional and college athletes,  Muscles In Motion Systems is giving back to the community by sponsoring various public and private school students who will benefit from the program.
