NUTRITION PROGRAM

You don’t have to be a hermit while following our nutrition program.  You are free to go out to restaurants, even fast-food establishments on occasion, to enjoy a meal with friends, family, or business associates.  Nor should you pass up invitations to parties or other social events just because you’re on a special eating program.  One of the advantages of the program is its’ ability to adapt to any “eating out” situation.  The foods you’ll find in joining our nutrition programs are served practically everywhere.

SPORTS

* MICHIGAN HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL QUALIFIER

Muscles In Motion Systems’ signature event is designed for the high school athlete aspiring to participate in athletics at the collegiate level.  The goal of the seminar is to increase the athlete’s exposure to college recruiters, evaluate athletic talent with functional performance tests, provide athletes with sport-specific performance enhancement techniques, and educate athletes, parents, and coaches in the collegiate recruiting process.

* FUNCTIONAL AGILITY & SPEED TRAINING (F.A.S.T.) CAMPS

The F.A.S.T. Camps are comprehensive, all-sport performance enhancement camps designed to help athletes not only run fast, but play fast.  F.A.S.T. camps will improve athletic performance through enhanced technique, development of explosive speed and quickness, and improved reaction time.

The Coach’s Corner was developed by Muscles In Motion Systems to provide athletic coaches with information on a variety of sport-specific topics including:  prevention & care of athletic injuries, strength training & condition, sports nutrition & supplementation, and athletic performance evaluations.  The format of this program is interactive lectures and hands-on demonstrations.

Muscles In Motion Systems also builds relationships between high school and college coaches.
 

* STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CONSULTING 

Muscles In Motion Systems works together with athletic coaches to examine current training practices and make appropriate recommendations, which reflect performance goals and injury prevention strategies.  Muscles In Motion Systems also designs and implements sport-specific  in-season and off-season strength & conditioning workouts.
